I have read thousands of books. I majored in Lit. Now, I am into non-fiction.

The fking mess the human race is creating.

Your poetry is probably the only "art writing" I read. It's about a very sad reality.

Keep it up. One has to create in order to use their human skills.

Me: still sewing, cooking, gardening, repairing and researching.

I'm so glad I didn't "marry well"....then all I would have is shopping. ..and hanging out with other wealthy women.

Quel spectacle d'horreur !

I appreciate the encouragement, Judith!

I think that even though you don't get hundreds of comments like Heather does, your writing inspires lots of thoughts and conversation among readers. Because you focus on Gaza, unlike so many who have "moved on", it gives me a chance to add what I have learned and concluded. Very few have had the time or be as driven to learn as much as I have.

I have been asked why I don't start my own substack. Too much work! I have plenty of other tasks to address given I have no idea when my time will be over. Clean out my "drawers"! Decades of materials for my art projects.

Diane, I'm pretty sure that many appreciate your efforts here.

Thanks again, Judith! By the way, who's Heather?

I have seen something by her. It didn't resonate with me, she seemed very American though I don't anything about her.
